WORKSHOP: European Parliament STOA (Science and Technology Options Assessment) workshop on financing and assessing large scale infrastructure projects. Stuart Baker, Deputy Chairman NETLIPSE from the UK Department for Transport, will discuss our experiences "Assessing the Health and Deliverability of Projects" throught iPAT assessements. IPAT is the Infrastructure Project Assessment Tool that was developed and is being applied by NETLIPSE.
