Collaborative Project Procurement Arrangements

Wednesday 10 June 2015

Derek Walker's book is out! In total 50 persons are interviewed, including some NETLIPSE members. The book has several things that you, as NETLIPSE participants, will find very useful.

1. It describes a range of types of collaborative arrangements Alliancing, Integrated Project Delivery, framework agreements partnering - and it also helps you see what these terms mean globally;
2. The Collaboration framework which has a lot of details about the 16 elements, the knowledge skills attributes and experience needed for collaboration with I trust, helpful info that you can use or adapt to your organisation's circumstances;
3. It should help you make sense of what collaboration means in practice.

A digital copy of the book is available: Download
