IPAT Assessors NETLIPSE is continuously searching for new (Lead) Assessors to join our IPAT-teams! IPAT assessors carry out international peer-to-peer IPAT assessments, in large infrastructure projects in Europe. Our assessors are experienced in the delivery of transport infrastructure projects and able to assess projects in a very effective and efficient way, applying the IPAT framework.
