Network Meeting Amsterdam

Monday 20 April 2009 - Tuesday 21 April 2009

The sixth NETLIPSE Networm Meetin took place from 20th to 21st April 2009 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. The Noord/Zuidlijn and Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management hosted meeting.

More than 50 people attented the meeting and vistited the Noord/Zuidlijn, the new metro line currently being built in the centre of Amsterdam. The Project Director of the Noord/Zuidlijn talked about challenges the project is facing. Furthermore discussions took place regarding the development of the IPAT and the start-up of the SIGs.

The TEN-T Executive Agency introduced itself and the Seine-Scheldt TEN-T project was presented. In NETLIPSE magazine #6 a reflection on this magazine is given.
