EPEC published a paper on State Guarantees in PPPs. This EPEC paper sets out the range of State Guarantees available to public private partnerships and considers the policy issues that emerge from their use. It should help governments to evaluate whether State Guarantees are an appropriate policy option and, if so, provide guidance on how to best implement and manage State Guarantees.
