We are very pleased to invite you to the next NETLIPSE Network Meeting and the European Infrastructure Procurement Symposium 2012 (EIPS 2012) ‘Conflicts between institutional frameworks and managerial practice: how to operate, to innovate and to collaborate?’ that will take place in Copenhagen, May 7-8th. We would like to thank our partner, the Danish Road Directorate and NGInfra (www.nextgenerationinfrastructures.eu) , which have been so kind to cooperate with us in organising these meetings for the NETLIPSE Network.
The formal programme will start Monday May 7th 09:00 hrs. and end Tuesday May 8th 15:30 hrs. The final programme is available here.
During the meeting project presentations will take place as well as a panel discussion with representatives from Danish top management from the Road Directorate as well as representatives from new and interesting projects. The aim of EIPS 2012 is to connect project clients, practitioners, researchers and scientists from different European countries active in the field of public transport project. We have invited two keynote speakers to provide a historical and future perspective on the impact of regulations on the current project practice. The rest of the day participants are invited to discuss emerging topics in Business Arena’s: active workshops on a specific theme, such as trust & innovation, future of the Anglo-Saxon PPP, best value procurement, and early contractor involvement. Results of the symposium discussions will be collected in a publication that will be widely distributed among the participants and other related parties. This publication will include interviews with the chair and keynote speakers and position papers on the themes discussed in the Business Arenas.
