NETLIPSE is excited to announce a new three-year partnership with Trafikverket, the Swedish Transport Administration. This partnership represents a significant milestone in NETLIPSE’s mission to enhance the delivery of transport infrastructure projects across Europe.
Trafikverket brings extensive knowledge and expertise to the network, gained through their experience in delivering large infrastructure projects, such as the Citybanan underground railway and the E4 Stockholm Bypass. Given their extensive experience, NETLIPSE is confident that the collaboration will advance the exchange of ideas, best practices, and resources to benefit both Trafikverket and other NETLIPSE members.
“We are excited to partner with NETLIPSE and contribute our knowledge and experience to their network”, says the head of Trafikverket’s Major Projects division Patrick Guné. “Trafikverket has a long history of delivering complex and large-scale infrastructure projects, and we are excited to share our insights with other members and learn from their experiences.”
The partnership includes a structured IPAT® assessment programme, in which teams of international experts assess the maturity of infrastructure projects with the aim of improving the respective project organisation. In addition, the partnership will provide new opportunities for mutual learning, organisation of joint events, and promotion of academic research in the field of infrastructure project delivery.
“We are happy and proud to welcome Trafikverket back to the network and look forward to a successful partnership”, says NETLIPSE Chairman, Hans Ruijter. “We are confident that this partnership will bring significant benefits to both our organisations and contribute to our shared goal of promoting excellence in infrastructure project management.”
The NETLIPSE Network looks forward to a fruitful collaboration with Trafikverket!
