The registration for the oncoming NETLIPSE Network Meeting in Göteborg on the 11th and 12 th of May is open! We would like to thank the Swedish Transport Administration (Trafikverket) who will be hosting the 18th NETLIPSE Network Meeting.

If you still need a hotel room during the NETLIPSE Network Meeting: Trafikverket has reserved 40 rooms (check-in 10th check-out 12th of May) in Hotel Scandic Europa which is in the city center of Göteborg for us. We will be able to make use of Trafikverket’s discount rate of 1064 SEK + 50 SEK booking fee. This offer will only be available from today until 10th of April. The hotel can only accept reservations by phone. Please call +4631-7516500 and select “individual reservation”. In order to receive the discount room rate, please mention the code TRA100515. In addition, you will need to give your phone number and credit card number as a warranty for the reservation.
UPDATE (22-4-2015): The hotel is about to be fully booked but Scandic have now extended the option as follows:
- 5 extra rooms are reserved with discount rate for Trafikverket/Netlipse 10-11 and 11-12 May
- Deadline 29 April 18.00
- Reservation code TRA 100515. Note! You have to tell the booking office that this reservation code for Trafikverket has been extended with 5 rooms until 29 April
- The discount rate is valid only for these 5 rooms.
