Network Meeting Topics
The NETLIPSE Team is currently working hard to compose an exciting programme for the 40th NETLIPSE Network Meeting. Apart from celebrating our 20-year anniversary, we’ll be discussing the four core themes below.
-
We will look at practical examples of how AI and digital tools are being used on major projects to make planning, reporting and day to day management easier and more reliable.
-
We will explore how projects can be made simpler, with clearer decision making, more efficient ways of working, and governance that helps rather than hinders delivery.
-
We will discuss the problems that can arise when work is passed down through long chains of subcontractors. We will look at what clients can do to keep visibility, strengthen responsibility through the chain and act early when issues start to appear.
-
We will look back at what we have learnt from twenty years of IPAT assessments, and how organisations can use those lessons to make improvements across their full project portfolio. We will also cover the key findings from the Leeds University anniversary study.
Have a strong case, tool, lesson learned, or dilemma to share related to one of these topics? Or know someone who does? Please email us at info@netlipse.eu and we’ll make sure to reserve a slot in the programme!
