Please save 20-21 April 2026 in your calendar. Die Autobahn GmbH and the Bavarian State Ministry of Housing, Building and Transport will host the 40th NETLIPSE Network Meeting in Munich, Germany. This will be a special edition as it marks the twentieth anniversary of NETLIPSE.

Join us in Munich – registration is free.

Your registration includes full access to the two-day programme, lunches on Monday and Tuesday, and the official Monday dinner, hosted by Die Autobahn GmbH and the Bavarian State Ministry of Housing, Building and Transport.

Network Meeting Topics

The Final Programme is now available! During the Network Meeting, we will be discussing the following five topics.

With a wide range of cases, we will explore different forms of collaborative contracts: how do we make them work?
We will look at practical examples of how AI and digital tools are being used in major projects to make planning, reporting and day to day management easier and more reliable.
As an infrastructure leader, how do you lead your project towards succesful delivery?
Complex projects are often executed in an operational environment: how do you deliver projects ‘'with the shop open”?
We will look back at what we have learnt from twenty years of IPAT assessments, and how organisations can use those lessons to make improvements across their full project portfolio. We will also cover the key findings from the Leeds University anniversary study.
